Refund Policy

• All consultation fees are non-refundable once the service has been rendered. If you need to reschedule a consultation, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

2. Service Packages

• For service packages, refunds are available on a pro-rated basis if you choose to cancel before the completion of the service. Refunds will be calculated based on the portion of the service that has been delivered up to the cancellation date.

3. Customized Solutions

• Due to the tailored nature of our customized business solutions, refunds are not available once work has commenced. We will work with you to ensure satisfaction with the deliverables.
